Engineering & integration
The plant has to work as one system
Saimona evaluates and integrates digestion, gas cleaning, upgrading, compression and digestate systems through partners. Selection depends on feedstock, gas quality, capacity, offtake specification and project economics.
Integration, not a catalogue
What gets coordinated
CSTR · Plug flow · Dry systems
Anaerobic digestion
Microbial conversion of organics to raw biogas. Reactor choice follows solids content, mixing and inhibition risk — not a brand preference.
H₂S and related contaminants
Gas cleaning
Hydrogen sulphide and other impurities are removed to protect upgrading equipment, compression systems and the fuel specification.
PSA · Water scrubbing · Membranes
Biogas upgrading
Carbon dioxide is separated so methane meets the offtake specification. Each route has different energy, water and pretreatment demands.
Cascades · Dispensing · Injection
Compression & storage
Biomethane is compressed, stored and dispatched as CBG — by cascade, dispenser or, where permitted, network injection.
Slurry · FOM · Soil return
Digestate
The residue is a second offtake problem, not a footnote. Nutrient quality and a buyer matter as much as gas.
