Pressure swing adsorption, typically with molecular sieves. Widely used on Indian CBG plants. Sensitive to how well the gas was cleaned first.

Water scrubbing
Physical absorption of CO₂ in water under pressure. Mature, chemically simple, with water and energy use as the operating conversation.
Membranes
Polymer membranes preferentially permeate CO₂. Compact skids; staging is used to balance recovery and purity. Pretreatment remains critical.
