Digestate can be managed as slurry or processed toward fermented organic manure where quality and regulation allow. In India, bio-manure from CBG plants has a policy path under the Fertilizer Control Order. A buyer still has to exist.
Nutrient offtake
A plant without a digestate plan has a second waste problem
Plants that ignore digestate logistics often fail as businesses even when the gas skid is competent. Saimona treats nutrient offtake as part of project development, not as a sustainability caption.
Solid fraction
Dewatered cake can be stored, composted or moved farther than slurry. Dry-matter and hygiene still have to meet the buyer.
Fermented organic manure
A policy path exists in India under the Fertilizer Control Order for bio-manure from CBG plants. Policy can open a route; it cannot invent a customer.
The digestate plan belongs in the same brief as the compressor. When a project is published, nutrient offtake will be described as it actually exists for that plant — not as a generic circular-economy slogan.
