Enquiry forms collect name, company, country, contact details, project location, feedstock, expected capacity, stage, timeline and a free-text message. That information is used to respond to a business request — not to build a marketing profile.
How it is used
Submissions are intended for Saimona Energy to review feedstock, location and stage and to reply. They are not sold. A full notice will name the legal entity, the inbox or processor that receives the form, retention period, and any cross-border transfer.
What is still missing
Registered company name, data-protection contact, cookie/analytics stack, and any third-party hosts. Until those are confirmed, treat this page as a layout and intent statement, not as a binding privacy policy.
