Saimona works as an independent Compressed Bio Gas project partner. Turnkey delivery, consultancy, project development and technology integration are separate engagements — so a sponsor can buy a study without buying a plant, or a plant without pretending Saimona manufactures every skid. Equipment is selected and coordinated through technology and manufacturing partners rather than sold as a single proprietary stack.

Turnkey CBG Plants
Complete project delivery through technology and manufacturing partners, from definition through commissioning support.
A turnkey engagement is for sponsors who want a defined plant, not only a study. Saimona coordinates feedstock logic, process design, partner equipment, installation support and commissioning support. We do not present ourselves as the default manufacturer of digesters or upgraders. Those systems are selected and integrated through partners so the plant matches the site rather than a catalogue SKU.
CBG Consultancy
Technical and commercial guidance before capital is locked to a single flowsheet.
Consultancy is a first product, not a courtesy. Many CBG ideas fail because technology is chosen before feedstock, offtake and regulation are understood. We run feasibility, DPR support, technology shortlists and commercial sequencing so a sponsor can spend capital on a project that can actually be designed and financed.
Technology Integration
Selection and coordination of digestion, upgrading and compression systems suited to feedstock and offtake.
Integration is the work of making digestion, gas cleaning, upgrading, compression and digestate handling operate as one train. Each block has a different water, energy and pretreatment demand. Saimona’s job is to choose and coordinate partners against those demands rather than stack unrelated equipment.
Project Development
Support from concept through planning, partner alignment and execution readiness.
Development sits between an idea and a construction start: concept, feedstock and offtake hypothesis, study sequence, partner alignment and a path a board or lender can read. It is useful when the sponsor has land or residue but not yet a plant definition.
