Project development sits between an idea and a plant. A sponsor may have residue, land or an offtake conversation, but not yet a flowsheet, a partner list or a document a board can sign. Saimona’s development work is that missing middle: feedstock logic, offtake options, partner alignment, sequencing of studies and a decision path a lender can read.
